The short version
- We only ever see public wallet addresses. Alita never asks for a private key, a seed phrase, or a signature, and cannot move your funds.
- We never sell your data, and we never give it to anyone to use for their own purposes. There is no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking.
- To read the chain, we do send your public addresses to blockchain and price services. That is how the balances are fetched — see section 6.

1What this policy covers
This policy covers Alita, a Telegram bot that reads the public wallet addresses you register and sends you a routine summary of your balances, and this website.
Alita is an independent project run by its developer. You can reach us any time at support@alitabot.app.
Using Alita means the bot lives inside Telegram, so Telegram's own privacy policy also applies to everything you send and receive in that chat.
2What we store
This is the full list — every field Alita keeps in its database. Nothing else about you is saved there.

What we do not store
- No private keys, seed phrases, or signatures. Alita never asks for them, and there is no place in the system that could hold one.
- No name, email address, or phone number — unless you email us yourself (see section 6).
- No Telegram username or display name. Telegram sends these to the bot with every message, but we do not save them. They can appear briefly in diagnostic logs — see section 4.
- No payment details. Paid plans are bought with Telegram Stars; the payment happens inside Telegram, and we only receive an id for the charge.
3This website
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from a third party — no external fonts, scripts, or images. There is nothing here that follows you around.
Like any web server, the service that delivers the site records a technical access log for each request: your IP address, the page you asked for, the time, your browser's user agent, and similar technical details about the connection. Those logs are used only to see that the site is up and to spot abuse, and they are deleted automatically after 30 days.
4Diagnostic logs
Our servers write technical logs so we can find and fix problems. To be plain about what that means today: the logs run at a detailed level, so they record the raw message the bot received from Telegram. That can include your Telegram username and display name and the text you sent — a wallet address, a nickname, or a feedback message.
These logs are read only when something breaks, are never used to profile you, and are deleted automatically after 14 days.
5The chart image in your summary
Your summary includes a picture of your balance trend. To show a picture inside a Telegram message, we upload it as a file and give Telegram its link. That file is stored under a random, unguessable name and is deleted automatically after one day.
Being straight with you: while that file exists, anyone who has the exact link can open it. The name is random, so the link is practically impossible to guess, and the image itself contains only the chart — no address, no id, and nothing that says whose it is.
6Who else sees your data
We never sell your data, and we never hand it to anyone to use for their own purposes. No advertisers, no data brokers, no analytics companies. Nobody pays us for it, and nobody gets it for free either.
What we do use are the services Alita needs to work. They only ever get what they need to do their job:

If you email support@alitabot.app, your message and your email address are received by AWS, kept there for 30 days, and forwarded to the operator's mailbox at Google (Gmail), where the forwarded copy stays until it is deleted.
Beyond that, the only person who can read your stored data is the operator of Alita, and only to run the service, answer your support request, or fix a fault. We may also disclose data if the law truly requires it.
7Where your data is kept
Everything Alita stores lives in AWS's Asia Pacific (Tokyo) region. It is encrypted at rest, and every connection to it — and to this website — uses HTTPS. The databases and storage are private; the only exception is the one-day chart image described in section 5.
Because the bot runs on Telegram, and because the blockchain and price services we call are spread around the world, your data crosses borders in the ordinary course of the service.

Some records may be kept a little longer where we need them for a real reason — for example a payment id, so a refund can still be checked.
9Your choices
- See what we hold.
/listshows every wallet you have registered. For the rest, just ask us. - Delete a wallet.
/deleteremoves that address and its balance snapshot from our database straight away. - Change a setting.
/currencychanges your display currency;/renamechanges or removes a nickname. - Stop the messages. Block or delete the bot in Telegram and it stops writing to you. That on its own does not delete what is stored — use the step below.
- Erase everything. Email support@alitabot.app with your Telegram user id and ask us to delete your data. We will remove your record and confirm, normally within 30 days.
- Ask a question, or ask for a correction. Same address — we will answer.
One thing worth knowing: deleting every wallet does not delete everything.
Your plan, your totals history, your currency preference, your /now times, and
any feedback you sent stay behind. The bot has no "delete my account" command today, so
email us and we will do it by hand.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights over your data — such as getting a copy of it, correcting it, or objecting to how it is used. Write to us and we will honour them.
10Children
Alita is not meant for children. You must be at least 13 years old — or older, where Telegram or your local law sets a higher age — to use it. We do not knowingly keep data from anyone younger; if you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.
11Security
Alita is read-only by design: it holds no keys and can move no funds, so the worst case is far smaller than for a wallet app. On top of that, data is encrypted at rest, sent over HTTPS, stored in private storage, and reachable only by the operator.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If you find a security problem, please tell us at support@alitabot.app.
12Changes to this policy
If Alita starts collecting something new, this page changes first and the date at the top is updated. For a change that really matters to you, we will also say so in the bot.
